Where We Build

A 500-mile arc around Cincinnati.

Cynergize is headquartered in West Chester, Ohio — on the I-75 corridor between Cincinnati and Dayton. From there, a 500-mile service radius covers the densest freight, manufacturing, and travel economy in the country.

Why the 500-mile arc matters

500 miles is roughly one shift for a Class 8 truck — and the listed range of the Tesla Semi on a single charge. It's also the practical highway envelope for a passenger EV between meaningful stops. That makes Cincinnati a natural anchor for both consumer charging and electrified freight.

The 500-Mile Corridor

Prime ground for consumer EVs and electrified freight.

As we see it, the 500-mile corridor radiating from Cincinnati is the prime build zone in North America — for consumer EV charging today, and for the Tesla Semi and the next wave of electrified commercial transport right behind it.

I-70, I-71, I-75, I-77, I-80, and I-90 all cut through the region. A huge share of everything moving between the East Coast, the Great Lakes, and the manufacturing belt touches Ohio and Indiana pavement. Columbus, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Louisville, and Detroit are some of the busiest inland freight hubs in the country.

That same freight backbone is what the Tesla Semi was designed to electrify first — Class 8 tractors at 82,000 lb GCW, up to 500 miles per charge, and roughly 70% recharge in about 30 minutes on a Megacharger. Future electrified commercial transports — last-mile vans, regional Class 6/7, and depot-based fleets — will plug into the same corridor infrastructure.

What rolls through here
  • E-commerce parcels between East and Midwest fulfillment centers
  • Automotive and EV battery supply chains feeding OH, IN, KY, TN, MI plants
  • Food, beverage, and consumer goods regional distribution
  • Long-haul passenger EV trips between Chicago, Nashville, Pittsburgh, and the Carolinas
